The same backpack sells at .99. The black ones now reduced to .99 because the color may come off during the use. This problem may be solved by washing. It is a brand new item. We have khaki, olive drab and brown available and they do not have this kind of color issue. This is the larger version and maybe the largest version of this kind of sling bags.
